Nurse Call Systems in the North East

Care homes, hospitals and supported living all rely on reliable, recordable nurse call. We design systems around the care model — bedroom call points, ensuite pull cords, ceiling pull stations, infrared resident locators, attack alarms for staff, and dementia-friendly indicators that reduce distress. Our systems integrate with carer pagers, mobile DECT handsets, central displays at the nurse station and reporting platforms that satisfy CQC evidence requirements — call response times, repeat-call analysis and staff workload data. We install and service Aid Call Touchsafe Pro and Aid Call 800, Quantec from C-TEC and Static Systems wired systems. Annual servicing covers call point operation, audio level checks, indicator confirmation and battery testing on wireless systems. All work is documented in a CQC-ready service log. We have particular experience in dementia and assisted-living environments where simplicity, visual cues and silent (carer-pager) operation can materially improve resident wellbeing.
