Fire Risk Assessment in Sunderland
A suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment is a legal duty under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and Section 156 of the Building Safety Act now requires it to be recorded in full regardless of your headcount. Our assessors are IFSM members, listed on the National Register of Fire Risk Assessors, and fully insured.

Working in Sunderland
Sunderland's city centre regeneration, the Riverside development, the university estate and a large stock of terraced rental property mean we work across new-build commissioning and retrofit compliance in the same week. Coastal exposure at Roker and Seaburn also matters for exterior equipment specification.
We cover Sunderland and the surrounding SR1–SR6 postcodes from our Newcastle base, with planned maintenance visits scheduled in advance and 24-hour reactive callout when something fails. Full details of the service are on our fire risk assessment page, and you can see examples of our work on the projects page.
